FOXTAIL COFFEE OPENS THEIR FIRST WESTERN LOCATION
 
The renowned coffee establishment, dedicated to responsibly sourced beans and craft coffee beverages, is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its first location in Las Vegas. The new store, situated at 9490 W. Russell Rd. Suite 101, Las Vegas, NV 89148 is now open. Featuring a collaboration with Michelin Bib Gourmand award-winning chef Lexi Gawlak, known for her expertise showcased on “Guys’ Grocery Games.” The culinary offerings, available from 11 am to 9 pm, will include a Rise and Swine menu served all day, ensuring visitors can indulge in delicious fare throughout their visit.

The menu boasts an array of tempting options, such as the Egg, Ham & Cheese Croissant, Impossible Sausage, Egg & Cheese Sandwich, and the Vegetarian Chicken Biscuit with Hot Honey. Additionally, guests can savor culinary delights like the Chiang Mai Hot Chicken and the Turkey Club, among other delectable choices.

MOTHER'S DAY PLANS SOLVED AT LA CAVE IN WYNN

Guests may choose their brunch preferences from the nearly two dozen selections brought to each table as a butler-style tray-passed experience. Created by Morton Group’s Culinary Director William DeMarco, favorites include the bacon and egg flatbread served with Neuske’s bacon and a poached quail egg, short rib hash with fingerling potatoes and piquillo peppers, Angus mini burgers with chipotle barbecue sauce and bacon onion marmalade; baked potato loaded tater tots topped with bacon, mozzarella, sour cream, brown gravy and chives; and truffle mushroom grits. Various vegetarian options include yogurt parfait with granola and honey, cream cheese pancakes topped with ube jam, whipped sweet cream, and heirloom tomato caprese with a balsamic glaze.
 
In addition to the luxurious spread, La Cave provides a range of bottomless libations with ten options that can be customized, including mimosas, sparkling wine, white wine, and sangria, perfect for a leisurely day of sipping.
