Australian performer MAY-A has hit some incredible milestones since her 2021 debut EP Don’t Kiss Ur Friends. Collaborations with some of the most prominent Australian artists, including DMAs, Budjerah, and of course on theHottest 100 topping, ARIA-nominated, ARIA Platinum accredited “Say Nothing” with Flume.
She’s also played some of the world’s biggest stages, including Coachella and Gov Ball. MAY-A and her band (Chloe Dadd, G, Handsome)spent most of 2022 on the road, playing alongside Flume on his US and Australian tours, opening for 5 Seconds of Summer on their Australian tour and Wallows on their UK and European leg. She just finished a US tour with Nessa Barrett, where we caught her performance at House of Blues in Las Vegas.
MAY-A’s sophomore EP Analysis Paralysis begins a new era for MAY-A, where she’s exploring and experimenting with new sounds and experiences. Her songwriting has matured and has a real pop/rock sensibility to it, with songs like “Sweat You Out My System,” “ifyoulikeitlikethat,” and “LOLA” gaining global press, streaming and radio support.
