BRUNCH & SIP - PHOENIX, ARIZONA

Chef/Restauranteur Larry White, Owner of Brunch & Sip, has introduced a unique dining experience to the Phoenix area. Fans of his restaurants which include Lo Lo's Chicken & Waffles and Monroe's Hot Chicken, also located in the area, include Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Shaquille O'Neal, T.I., Charles Barkley, Lebron, Dwayne Wade, Mike Tyson, Floyd Mayweather, and more. Brunch & Sip is a unique brunch experience with a menu that ranges from gluten-free, keto, and vegetarian/vegan breakfast ideas. Almost everything is made in-house. They even do table-side breakfast preparations like a cherry's jubilee pancake dish flambeed live in front of customers.

Each of their menu items is made with the utmost attention to detail. I loved their signature biscuits and gravy; it was a savory decadent take on a classic dish made with turkey sausage instead of the traditional pork. They even serve some of their sweet treats with their signature fruit-infused butter. On our visit, we started with their signature spicy Bloody Mary's, which were a perfect take on the brunch classic. The dishes on their menu are inventive and fun, from their sweet chicken and pancakes with raspberry butter to their Jamaican rum bananas foster pancakes, chicken chorizo breakfast burritos, avocado toast, and fruity pebbles pancakes.

The choices here range from sweet to savory and inventive. Their take on eggs benedict ranges from crab cake, short rib, traditional, and a portabello one with wilted spinach on herb braised bread. It has a lively atmosphere and one of the most killer Monte Cristo's I have had lately. You can choose between bacon or turkey breast served in between two slices of French Toast topped with powdered sugar, and a raspberry compote served with fresh fruit.

It's a fresh and upscale take on the morning meal you loved to indulge in. Visit soon and be ready for a wait at this popular spot. Learn more at brunchandsip.com.
